Job Description:  Campaign Senior Advisor

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Local coordination of daily communication between all members of the campaign team including client, campaign consultants, outreach staff, volunteers, endorsing elected officials, community activists and others.

  • General day-to-day coordination and management of the campaign and ongoing activities.  

  • Provide daily staff assistance to the campaign, including calendar management, support at events, and other campaign-related tasks.

  • Coordination and implementation of the campaign endorsement and fundraising plan, including helping with events, preparing candidate briefings,

  • Responsible for driving key campaign metrics: volunteer participation, event reach, house party activity

 

The idea candidate is:

 

  • Results-oriented, able to drive towards goals and inspire others as well

  • Detail-oriented, able to track multiple deadlines and manage several tasks simultaneously and without supervision

  • Driven, someone who thrives on winning

  • Hard-working and able to work campaign hours (up to 12+ hours a weekday plus 6 hours a day on weekends) 

  • Experience working on campaigns is helpful.
